I’m Robert Yenji, a cybersecurity consultant, AI architect, and founder of SyncNative. My work focuses on designing secure, intelligent systems for organizations across finance, real estate, and health technology. I hold a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Pace University, where my studies emphasized cloud security, AI-driven automation, and enterprise resilience..

I focus on strengthening enterprise security, optimizing cloud environments, and deploying AI-driven automation that delivers measurable business outcomes. My work spans finance, healthcare, real estate, and emerging tech.

Although my career is deeply technical today, my path into technology began in a very different environment

I was raised in a small village in Ghana without electricity. I entered school unable to read and with no understanding of what a computer was. When my family later moved to Accra, the exposure to modern technology was both overwhelming and transformative. I faced significant academic challenges and was moved from class six to class two due to my early struggles. Still, I continued forward with determination.

After high school, I spent several years at home, hoping to receive support to join the security services. When that support did not come, I made the decision to pursue university education despite having no clear way to pay my tuition. During that time, I taught myself software engineering out of necessity. Adversity became my teacher and discipline became essential.

Today, I live and work in New York City, where I lead SyncNative — a company dedicated to delivering secure, scalable, AI-powered solutions. The foundation of my work is shaped by resilience, purpose, and a commitment to excellence.

My journey is a testament to the idea that one’s beginnings do not dictate one’s future. For individuals striving to build something meaningful despite limited resources, I am a firm believer that progress begins when you choose yourself.
